This was my first time going to the J. C. Penny salon, I went there because my friend RachaelAnn Arbuckle said she does brazilian blowout with keratin. We did my hair and I was skeptical due to I use to do the Chi product, 4 hours later, now it was straight, but if humidity touched it, well it got frizzy. Anyway with the Brazilian, I got it done in June, I went to the humidity of 1000% (state of Louisiana) so thick it literally hit you in the face. I was there for 3 weeks and not once did it frizz, get curly or have to put it in a pony on top of my head, because it would be scary. I recommend anyone that wants this done, please go to J. C. Penny’s and ask for RachaelAnn Arbuckle. She is the best.

I am a regular customer here and the stylists are wonderful but the receptionist is terrible. I stood at the counter for at least 20 minutes while she was in the office a few feet away and when she finally did come out she ignored me, putting her finger up for me to wait then insisted that i couldn’t have been there that long. I may not come back if she’s still there
