They had 2 stylists stocking (the entire time we waited) which must be more important than their customers being taken care of. I’ve been going to this salon for a good few years now, and I have to say no place will ever compare for hair! Kat is the lady to go to, especially if you want amazing color in your hair. She is a hair genius. I’ve always had trouble with other hair salons and stylists as I have thick, resilient hair. Kat knows what looks good, and she will do everything in her power to make sure you have a luxury experience.

My ex husband took my daughter there today to get her hair done. The stylists told both of them they were about to leave. But instead they sat there and continued talking to each other. If they don’t know how to do ethnic hair, they need to post that on the door.

Kaylee (I don’t think I spelled her name correctly) cut my hair today, and did an amazing job! I don’t usually like to get my hair cut at chains, but was pleasantly surprised! Definitely the best experience I have had at a chain salon, and I will be going back!

Kaylee is awesome! She does an amazing job, and I always leave overly happy with what she’s done. Tell her what you want and trust that she’ll go above and beyond your expectations. She is a little higher priced than the other ladies at the salon, but I only go to her! She knows what she’s doing.

My experience at this salon has been nothing but wonderful. My hairstylist, Shonda Gibson, provides one of the best services in the Denton area. She works with all hair types and treats her clients with care and respect. I have naturally thick kinky hair, so it usually takes more time and effort for maintenance. However, Shonda was always happy to work with my hair, and every time I was very pleased with the results. I honestly felt pampered. In addition, all of the other hairstylists were very friendly and provided a warm atmosphere. I would definitely recommend anyone to Shonda and this salon.

zero stars! went there for just a crown highlight chin length hair 4 hours 15 minutes later I finally left. Adam the stylist stopped cutting hair in the middle and told me manager would finish me. Told them both I did not want much length taken off now I look like mo from the 3 stooges! When manager was finishing my haircut I kept crying I was so upset! Manager told me no charge and told me I would have to leave which I did. DO NOT GO THERE!

If I could give one star I would. Came to Denton for a cheer competition went to the salon to get two french braids for my daughters hair. Was told they don’t do eithnic hair, to make matters worse my daughter was standing there confused thinking she was in the wrong. Ignorant people, just sad.
