An amazing experience from the first walk in! I decided to go to this Salon while shopping due to my father suggesting it. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with smiles. I was then told there was no wait and went straight to getting my hair cut. It also included a shampoo. The stylist was very delicate with my hair and worked meticulously on styling it perfectly. When finished they thanked me for the business and I thanked them for the service. I have never had such an impressionable haircut experience anywhere else. I highly recommend coming here for your next hair appointment.

Honestly zero stars. The worst customer service. I was trying to get their attention for the longest time and when I did they had the absolute worst attitude. A stylist was treating me like if I was SO MUCH work. I just wanted a simple trim… first time at JcPenny and I’m honestly never going again.. save your time and go somewhere else. SERIOUSLY.

I’ve been coming to this salon for almost two years and seeing Gena! She does an amazing job coloring, cutting and styling my hair and I always get compliments. Everyone in the salon is very friendly and helpful. I can imagine going anywhere else!

By far the worst experience ever!!! Went in for a haircut was set with Mark a so called “senior stylist” I stated I wanted a long bob and even showed him a picture for inspiration (as I know it will not be exact) he cut away and he said the blow drying wasn’t really necessary I said ok. The next day when I went to style it I noticed how butchered my hair was! My hair is so uneven and choppy looking. He cut off so much more than needed. I went in later that day with the intention of having it fixed by another stylist knowing it would need to be cut shorter to even it out. I ask for the manager, she’s not in and there’s nothing that they can do for me I till I speak with her. Mark did offer to “fix it real quick” I said no thanks. Next day I finally speak with the manager Udy after 15 calls that day and voicemail. I explain the situation she states that she’s never had a complain regarding him but that she is trying to enforce that her stylist blow dry the cut to make sure the cut is good but He didn’t. I ask if another stylist can fix it or even a refund to have it fixed elsewhere. After much thought and silence she says I have two stylist who could fix it tonight they are expert stylist just keep that in mind. At this point I explain to her that it seems she’s unsure of her stylists and would prefer a refund. She states she won’t refund me that I can call the store manager. So here I am with a horrible cut and waiting for a call from store mananger.

Since getting bought out by InStyle, this place has gone downhill. Anytime I call, there’s either no answer, or I’m put on hold for several minutes. They, of course, raised their prices a little, and service has suffered. I think the stylists make less now because a couple overbook clients while others leave to go with for other salons. There’s obvious tension in the salon, and it can be uncomfortable watching the women and men who are not so happy working there.
