Thought it look great in the salon, got home and realize it has a green tint,, checked in different lighting to make sure. Absolutely the worst coloring I have ever had professionally, the haircut looks extremely horrible, like levels not layered. I am so upset and disappointed I thought being considered a “ Master Designer” I would get quality work. I now have to have it repair, cutting several inches off and a correction color.

The worst experience I’ve ever had in a hair salon unfortunately cause I have to wait months for my hair to grow and recover from the damage caused by sandy,sandy assured me that she knew what she was doing only to end up with a disaster done to my hair,a disaster that coast me $225. I showed her 4 photos of the highlights I wanted and the haircut too,I even pointed at couple of customers hair indicating that this is what I want, she kept my hair in bleach under the heat cover for about an hour, I kept telling It’s going to turn white since it has highlights in it bfr,she kept saying it’s not time yet,unfortunately my highlights turned white to light Grey when all what I asked for was the ash blonde which I had in my hair already from bfr,she chopped my hair not cutting it,I cried allover the weekend, my hair doesn’t look good at all,I’m great full though to shadea, she tried to fix as much as she could of the haircut, she offered to fix the color and highlights but my hair is too week for any other procedure and I decided to wait and live with it for months to come until it recovers hopefully, Shadea is a hair stylist that I will always trust cause she didn’t lie and she knew exactly what she was doing, she cares about her client, again thank you so much shadea

Gwen is the one that cut my hair and I told her shoulder length and she kept cutting and cutting I was very disappointed in my hair it’s way too short and her response was “I just have to get use to it”, I’m sorry but I will never come back… Haircut

I went to get my haircut yesterday. I am not happy with Rita I showed her a picture and explained I wanted the taper to blend. It is not blending I look like a boy. I was also surprised of her price, the lady at the front desk stated the hairstylist have different prices, that is good to know upfront. I will not go again. Haircut

The photo from Pinterest is what I asked for and the other photo is the haircut I got. I can’t even wear my hair down anymore and my hair was really long before because I hadn’t cut it in 2 years. My advice is IF you go here make sure you know who your stylist is. I think mine was inexperienced which is why it came out this way. It looks like different haircuts from the front to the back and she couldn’t blend it in. Absolutely never coming here again.

To start off the salon was very clean however the stylist are VERY unprofessional! They talk about very inappropriate topics talking down on the salon and other stylist in the salon .they have no professionalism! They are very over priced for a salon that have reject stylist .. you show them a picture they say they can do it but they CANT ! Please go somewhere that actually care about their clients !
