A woman named LEX took care of me and made me feel so comfortable! She specializes in short haircuts and knew exactly the look I was going for! I am so happy with my results!

So I was not going to say anything but I was asked to write a review. The last time I visited my hair was done by Stacey whom I have gone to other times in the past when she was at another location without any incident. However my last visit when I asked for a silk press with the straightening comb she refused and proceeded to use the flat irons which I don’t like. She proceeded to tell me if my hair didn’t last I could come back for a free redo, which was unacceptable because I shouldn’t have to come back if u do it right the first time especially since I paid over $100 for service! I was disappointed and I’m not sure if I will return.

I went in for a consultation yesterday. I had called before to plan it but when I arrived no one knew about me coming in. The woman named Kennedy at the front desk was amazing but when she brought up a hair stylist from the back to talk to me about what I was planning on doing – in front of other customers- that hair stylist made fun of me. Even in front of my family. No one touched my hair to see if the texture was healthy. No one asked when the last time I dyed my hair was. Instead the woman asked what kind of box dye I used. When I named the type that I thought it might have been she laughed at me and said that the last time she used that was like in high school. She made other rude comments and then told Kennedy from the back that she won’t do my hair. I was so embarrassed, especially since it was in front of other customers, that I couldn’t wait to leave. Kennedy was super sweet and offered to do my hair but after meeting the other hair stylist- being completely embarrassed in front of strangers, and knowing the other staff was that rude and unprofessional, I didnt feel comfortable evening planning on coming back. The only welcoming thing about this salon was Kennedy. Even though I completely loved Kennedy I won’t be returning. Disappointment doesn’t even cover how I feel about my experience. Very sad.

Kennedy did an amazing job on my hair. I came in with off the shelf dyed, frizzy hair, and left with perfectly blended, smooth texture. I was not expecting such a dramatic change. It would have been easier to chop it all off, but she listened to me, and kept it at a length that made me happy.
