I had gone to get some shaping around my face and some dead ends trimmed up and maybe some layers, and upon my arrival I’d asked if they accepted walk-ins. They advised that they did and they’d check to see if anybody was available. I’d advised that in the event that nobody was available then I’d be content to either wait or even come back at a different time. One lady insisted that, even though she was in the process of seeing a customer already, that she would give me a couple minutes of her time. She did not listen to what I wanted and and bkew me off. She insulted me and the way that I part my hair. The whole three minutes of her time that she gave to me to install shelving units in my hair and degrade me. She told me that my hair was dry and hard to cut because of it, but didn’t have time to wet it down. I would’ve happily waited. I mean, she actually took about three minutes. I paid fifty dollars. After getting in the car and crying my fiance had taken me to get a twenty dollar hair cut to fix it and even the lady cutting my was appauled. She thankfully fixed the damage and my hair looks great now. I grow my hair out quite long before getting brave enough to get a haircut, and that situation left me feeling the same. I suppose it’s process of elimination. Now I know how they treat their clients. I hope that the woman who had cut my hair has the potential to read this so that she gets to know how she made another human being feel. If she was going to mess up my hair because she wanted to hurry and get it done, the least she could have done is shown some kindness.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityPatty Beaver is the best!! I haven’t had my hair professionally in years. This woman made me feel so comfortable. And helped me through every step because I had no idea what I wanted. All I wanted was all that dead ends cut off and to start over again. Over the years medication a sickness has caused hairloss and now it’s comp back. She gave me the cutest cut and it’s so easy to take care of. I’m Certified Nursing Aid and I’m used to just pulling all my hair up in a quirky bun and running out the door. Now I can style it so easy. Thank you so much Patty Beaver!! Critical: Professionalism, QualityDo not go here for hair styling. They cannot perform highlights in any other tone than platinum. My wife asked for golden highlights and showed her a picture of the color she wanted. After calling and complaining was told to come back for a redo. During the redo she complained it was burning. The stylist then tried to diagnose her with high blood pressure. Yes because she’s apparently a doctor. My wife does not have high blood pressure. Somehow all her hair not just her previous highlights were dyed orange. At the end they even tried to charge us again. She’s left with orange unhealthy looking hair from this place now. The stylist was nice and everyone was friendly, but the 10 minutes that my child was in the chair isn’t worth the $20 price tag. Especially when I have to take my own scissors at home to fix an extremely noticeable mess up.

I have used several of the ladies at this salon to get color and cut services. I have left pleased every time! Cheyenne, Saundra, and Brittney are all awesome. Sharee , at the front desk is also friendly and does her best to help customers. I have been going here for two years.

Lauren was 45 min late for my appointment today. All of the other ladies were wonderful. Tonya and a couple other ladies checked me during my wait to let me know Lauren was having car trouble and would be there soon. They asked if I wanted to reschedule and I said my husband had already left, I’m fine. When Lauren gets there she has attitude written all over her. She does not apologize, just asks if I’m the one there for her appointment and says it’s been a crazy day and let’s get started. While I felt that was rude, I tried to be understanding of her bad day and forget about it. She asked if I had a picture for her, then began to argue with me about what I was wanting done. She then asked another lady to come over who was very nice and seemed to understand what I wanted. Lauren then went into the back to mix up colors and came back a few min later to tell me it wasn’t going to work out. She was not going to be able to give me what I wanted because she felt like I was upset already. Up until that point I had been very patient but that was my breaking point. I let her know that I had waited patiently for 40 min for her to get there, then she comes in with an attitude and try’s to tell me to leave??? I had to call me husband to come back and pick me up an hour after he dropped because Lauren was refused to give me service. She clearly did not want to come to work today. As much as I have liked all of the other ladies there, I won’t go back until she is no longer employed there. My husband said the same and he loves it there.
