I was very disappointed my daughters hair was actually butchered by a person who had 17 years of service in the hair cutting industry and she cried and cried her heart out…I left her alone while getting it cut and what a mistake thst was never again!! They say you get what you pay for except my daughter who is 18 and learning disabled didn’t get wjat we payed for trust me!

My husband and I always come here for our haircuts! Carol and Deon are the best! I recently decided to get straight bangs and I was so nervous about the dramatic change. I made a walk-in appointment today. I was told they could get me in at 2 p.m and was checked in right away. I got an estimate on the phone for the services I wanted done before hand. Staylist was super nice and did a decent job on my hair. When my hair was finished, mind you it took 4 hours for full head highlights, I went to check out and my total was 50 dollars more than I was told it was going to be when I called. When I got a receipt, there was a charge for “mid back to waist length hair” $15.00. My hair is a 1/2 inch below my shoulders, no where near mid back. When I called after I left , she says they add this charge when the appointment takes a long time? Ok….. Then there was another $15.00 charge for hair gloss, something I did not ask for and had no clue what that was. I narrowed it down and I remember that the stylist had said she used the wrong toner and applied a different one, ( her fault not mine ) a mistake I should not have to pay for, and if i did need to pay for her mistake she should have told me before she applied it to my hair. All in all stylist was not transparent with cost AT ALL. After I viewed the receipt I see the break down of these random charges, totaling 30.00. I don’t mind paying for services done on my hair, but I do mind stylists not communicating throughout the whole process. I am fairly young and I wholeheartedly believe she took advantage of that. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MY LIFE.

Well I booked an appointment and I live about 45 minutes away, but when I got there and showed them what I wanted after telling them what I wanted when I made the appointment they said it would take too long and they couldn’t do my hair. So I wasted gas money and my time. I will NOT be back.
