Terrible experience! I booked my appointment online at 7am this morning arranged my day around this appointment. Drove an hour there, showed up 30 minutes early and they told me they double booked me and couldn’t fit me in. Poor management and scheduling. A call in advance would have been appropriate. They wasted my time and gas and I didn’t get my hair done. They did not seem apologetic about it. Super frustrated.

I brought my 4-year-old son here to get a quality haircut before he had his pictures taken in the JCPenney photo studio. The hair cut turned out wonderfully, much better than the previous place we have been going to. My son even asked if he could come back here again. Katie was great!

Terrible service. Horrible management. I booked an appointment online and an hour before my appointment I get a call that “they took a walk-in and would be unable to do my appointment bc they got busy and didn’t check.” They we’re not apologetic and I had wasted my time driving 30 minutes to Little Rock for the appointment. Do not waste your time and money. Go somewhere more professional.

I came in with expectations of having all of my hair cut off. I had taking my braids down and my hair had lumped up. I couldn’t comb my hair. I had washed and conditioned my hair over 10 times. I read to use vinegar and apple cider vinegar. Nothing worked. I called JCP salon at McCain Mall and I got an appointment with Taylor. Taylor told me she felt she could get the gel out and she did. Taylor and Shelia really did a miracle on my head. Ms Shelia really knows her stuff. She told Taylor what would work to get it out and it did. She helped Taylor and she wasn’t on the clock. The entire staff was so friendly and helpful. They treated me like royalty. I left there without having to cut my hair. I still have issues with my hair but I am not worried. I have two great beauticians to help with my hair issues. Thank you JCP STAFF!! I especially want to acknowledge and thank Shelia and Taylor. Thank you so much. I would give them ten stars ⭐️ but five is all I can give them. I will be back in two weeks

The beautician who did my hair has been doing hair for 25 years…she died my hair the wrong color(wanted a brown copper… I got a red purple color)combed my hair incorrectly(which caused pain for me) and the manager was making it my fault.
