Critical: QualityI have been here twice and the last did what ever she wanted to my hair.1sr time I showed a picture and told her I want if thick blond highlights all through my hair she only did little ones on the top and sides of my hair.2nd time I showed her a hair cut and told her I didn’t want it shorter then the picture and even physically showed her the length I wanted. And she cut my hair really short and choppy. It was the same last both times. She cuts it how ever she wants.
