Kiersten has done my hair one three different occasions now, each time putting a perm in my naturally super straight, super thick hair. She is super nice and very professional. Due to the nature of my hair the first perm did not take. She had no problem going in to fix it and it held the second time. I am currently getting the perm redone now since the first one was coming out. I love how I can just walk in and set an appointment that works for me. I highly recommend Kiersten.

Got there at 10a and didn’t leave until 2p. It took 3 hours for a supposedly silk press and black rinse? I hate my hair! I’ve been natural 3 years and this was the first time I’ve put heat on my hair. I paid $70 for a hairstyle that I could have achieved at home? So disappointed, management said she would redo my hair free of charge but at this point I just want my money back!

That skinny Yellow chick messed my hair up I asked for a silk press and she used a cheap flatiron… nothing else. That’s not a silk press. They called to check on me to see how my hair held up because i wasn’t happy (AT ALL) she said she was going to see what she could do to fix it and I haven’t heard anything since… I will never go back I wouldn’t even take my dog there to get groomed!!!!

Hours are not accurate. Says open at 11, got there at 12:15 had to have the salon employee called to the salon for her to tell me they open at 1. Did not have an hour of my time to, will take my business else where.
