Horrible! Absolutely horrible! The stylist was shown both a photo for my hair cut and my husbands hair cut and neither of them look remotely close. It looks like she made a huge mistake on the back of my head and tried to cover it up. My husbands haircut is not blended at all or even remotely close, it’s different styles and lengths on the sides. This is the first time I’ve been back in a long time, sadly I won’t be using the same stylist ever again. Extremely disappointed. We need them fixed but don’t trust the person who messed them up to fix it.

Went here for a blonding service and Michaela was my stylist I went for all over icy blonde and she over processed my hair it turned into laffy taffy as she was washing and brushing it while it was falling out she was hiding it in her apron my hair was long and beautiful now Its completely fried and falling out she also fried her own hair and other clients she is trying to fix. I will never go back. Hope she loses her license for doing this to people.

Worst salon I’ve ever been to! Hairstylist did not listen to my needs. To make matters worse, she even tried to get me to cut my hair short saying that “older women don’t look good with long hair.” I don’t think 30’s is old and I should be able to wear my hair however I like. She was very insulting and pushy with how SHE wanted my hair to look. Had all over highlights done, but you couldn’t tell any difference. Extremely dissatisfied with this salon and it’s so-called “service”. (They also have a very high turn-over on hairstylists.) You could not pay me to have my hair done here again! Complete nightmare!

Had a great experience the first time so I came back to get my hair cut they didn’t have wall in available in the 2 times I went back.I made an apt and when I got to my apt they tell me they don’t have time for me.They did not call me though she tried to say she did. Was not getting anything specific just a trim.Will not be returning ever again.
