Waited 2 hours for hair cut. They did not call to tell us the stylist didn’t show up for work. Once the stylist who was there got to us she was in such a rush she took a 2 inch chunk off on one side and didn’t say anything. We found it later. Upside to this visit, when we talked to the manager she made it right. She apologized for the behavior of her staff and offered to make things right. Word of advice, call before you go to ensure your stylist is in.

I recently moved from California to Kansas and was in desperate need of a haircut, Ashley J was able to take me last minute and did a phenomenal job on the specific look I wanted done. Not only do I love the way my hair turned out ,but she was extremely friendly as well as all the other associates being very hospitable. I will defineltely be coming back and telling friends and coworkers about the excellent service and experience I had.

Keep going. This is the most unprofessional place I have been in. My 17 year old daughter came out in tears because the haircut was so bad. I would not even take my dog to this place. The girl that cut my daughters hair looked like she got into a fight with her clippers and lost. The rest of the staff looked just as bad. I saw one girl in the place that I would have been comfortable cutting my hair.

I have to say that was one of the worst pedicures I have received, especially for the price I paid. The gal was very nice, but I had to redo my nail polish at home because it looked so bad. Also, I was a little nervous because they didn’t use disposable liners for the tub where you soak your feet like most places.
