Took my son to get his hair cut. The stylist was late and was eating. She hardly touched my son and asked “there bugs in here?” Because I wasn’t dressed nice enough for her. She sprayed some water in his hair, cut it a mess, and then sent us away. She didn’t wash his hair, blow dry it, or style it. When I complained about it the next day without my kids the boss Leslie rolled her eyes at me and aaid Jacqueline, the stylist is great because she’s a preacher.

I booked an appointment for today with Rachel Bilyeu. I arrived for the appointment to be told that the stylist didn’t even show up for work! The receptionist explained that she had called her several times with no response. Completely unprofessional. I’m sure the salon will do nothing to make it up to me as the customer so hopefully they at least fire her. The one star I had to give goes out the receptionist who had to deal with this awkward situation.

I highly recommend Brooke if you go to get your hair done! She is so talented and knowledgeable about hair! I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she matched it perfectly! That’s rare to find someone who can look at a picture and match it so well! She also gave me recommendations on what cut would look best on me and she was totally right! I absolutely love my hair and will be a returning customer to her!

Would highly recommend Brooke, as a hair stylist! We have taken our toddlers to her multiple times, and she does a phenomenal job at keeping them calm while making it a pleasant experience, for both child and parent. She does awesome, on their hair, and works fast too. We absolutely love her, and are so thankful to have someone who works so well with small kids!
