I went in for full highlights and came out with hair so fried that I now have to get most of it cut off to start fresh! My hair has NEVER reacted badly to bleaching. Even after using Olaplex…my hair is beyond repair. I was left under the dryer for too long and at such a high temperature that the bleach literally was melting off my head! Please do not go here for a color!
