Critical: ValueMy daughter’s uncle took her to get a shampoo and blow-dry only and the lady doing it was told exactly that!!! This lady took it upon herself to CUT MY DAUGHTERS HAIR!!!!! My daughter left crying and very unhappy and was not given any choice in this due to the hairdresser making the decision on her own instead of asking my daughter or her uncle first!!! I hope this lady gets fired and we will never EVER be back to the salon!!!!! I once doted on one of the stylist at the Springfield ill location. but heres my recent experience, I orginally wanted a light brown with blond highlights or lowlights with a blue dip dyed technique. after 4 hours and the salon closing I left with dripping wet hair to be told to return the following day. once it dried it was obvious there was too much green in my hair. simple fix right just add some blue highlights? nope let’s just slather on blue everywhere. patches and streaks on the top is normal apparently. I took it straight to corporate and went in to see the manager to show her my hair. I was belittled and the manager was passive aggressive from the beginning. is was never about what can we do to fix this more less she wanted to berate me and make me feel stupid cause lack of proper wording. I was defensive and yeah I cussed twice. she asked me to leave and said there was nothing wrong with my hair. lack of professionalism. wont go there ever again.
