I had a great day here! I Never Never get my hair done..a friend decided to treat me today. I got an awesome cut/dye/foil day today! The sylist…(which im so sorry to say that i can’t remember her name to give her a shout out).. She was so cute and sweet! She did an awesome job with my cut coloring and highlights today! She took the time to help me select the colors and the cut! She walked through each step explaining things and she helped me to learn how to do the style at home myself. Like i said i am not one to do a whole lot with salons and all that cuz i am extremely picky about my hair and get emotional if to much is cut off or its screwed up…so i have taken to cutting my hair myself ..but i felt at ease with her completely! I was so pleased with my results! The price was great and we were s served some good coffee and bottles of water during the 2 hour process. Everyone was pleasant and the atmosphere was friendly and relaxing!

Horrible service I’ve been a customer for years and this year has been horrible I made an appointment online it gave me the option for Sunday and since I have work weekdays it was perfect for me since during weekdays I couldn’t make it since every time I go I am there for at least 4 hours for all the stuff I get done on my hair. I send good money there and last Sunday I showed up for my appointment there was no one at the salon they canceled my appointment and I rescheduled for today Saturday a week later and when I got there the hair stylist was taking care of another customer and she said your appointment was at 12pm I said no it was at 12:15pm I have proof I had a picture of when I scheduled my appointment and she was really rude to me she said well your going to have to reschedule it for another day… I was so upset I mean how many times do I have to keep rescheduling my appointments because they are always canceling my appointments if they don’t want me as a customer just let me know and I’ll take my business somewhere else it’s not like I send $50 when I go I’m sending $200-$300 dollars every time I go and when I wanted to speak with a salon manager there was no salon manager to speak with… Congratulations to The Salon by Instyle Inside Jcpenny you just lost a faithful customer you had for many years… Horrible customer service never coming back again
