I made a appointment well in advance for a style for a wedding, I received a call 4:25 THE DAY BEFORE, letting me know the girl hurt herself and they have no one else. Not a flippin care in the world they just put all this added stress THE DAY BEFORE the event at 4:25 in the afternoon on a Thursday!!!!! I can’t get in anywhere else now and all they had to say well “ ya sorry!”

Tanika is simply amazzzzzing! She works well with all types of hair! My hair is thick and I was concerned I would find someone in the area that could straighten natural hair with the appearance of quality work. Tanika has far exceeded my expectations. In addition, she has been doing my daughters her since she was 3 years old. My daughter is now 4, but the patience that Tanika displays when dealing with my daughter is impeccable. Maggie, is also amazing! She’s never done my hair but she does great work and her clients always leave satisfied. My daughter comes in looking for Maggie! It truly feels like home at this salon and so they have my business as long as these two ladies are there! December will make it a year that I have been coming to this salon. Went here a almost 2 years ago and they messed up my hair so bad! Bleached it so much it was falling out in clumps and the stylist kept saying it was normal. It was not normal! Not only did my hair break and fall out for a year after that, they had me pay for the service! I didn’t even get the color I wanted because it was so messed up they had to go over it with a darker color. I went back for 6 weeks for Maggie to try and fix the damage. Maggie is the only one there that can actually do hair! I finally got my hair healthy again and decided to give them another try since the girl that originally did my hair was no longer there. I had an appt at 315 and didnt leave until 8 because again….they messed up my hair! The manager is the one who did my hair this time and apparently didnt know what or how to achieve the look and color i wanted. I asked for a dark blue that is muted. I ended up with bright blue and green hair! The manager kept saying how much she loved it! I hated it and cried. She tried to fix it but at 6pm all the lights in the store go out and no one could figure out how to turn them back on. So she is trying to fix my hair in the dark. There was no fixing it and I walked out with wet (the blow dryers were not working) green hair. I didnt pay for that service and they offered to try and fix it but not until Thursday when the manager was there again. I couldn’t walk around with green hair, so I went elsewhere and they were able to cover up the green, but I had to go to black since that is all the would cover it. I will never use their services again. Two terrible experiences and I am done. Maggie is amazing but she is always booked for months so your best bet is to go elsewhere. They are going to lose alot of clients due to the terrible work they do.

Dear Management Person: I made an online appoint for Saturday, February 4th. It was with Claudia Perez. I don’t know Claudia and I haven’t been to the salon in a while, but I work alot and the appointment time fit my needs. I am not one to write reviews, but this is one of those times I think you should know about. Claudia totally hacked up my hair. It was no where near what I showed her I wanted. She tried to fix it and made it worse. Honestly I had to leave before I had a panic attack. I mean it is my hair!! How could I go to work, or anywhere at all without a wig. People were staring at me when I walked thru the store. That’s how bad it was. Just ask any one in the waiting room.
