Positive: Professionalism, QualityJust yesterday, I got my hair done by Maria. I asked for an updo ponytail since I was going to a wedding as a bridesmaid and I absolutely LOVED it! Maria was very sweet and did such an amazing job. She didn’t even have to look at the picture and still managed to do great. The lady at the front desk was also very sweet (I forgot her name). Just yesterday, I got my hair done by Maria. I asked for an updo ponytail since I was going to a wedding as a bridesmaid and I absolutely LOVED it! Maria was very sweet and did such an amazing job. She didn’t even have to look at the picture and still managed to do great. The lady at the front desk was also very sweet (I forgot her name). Highly recommend!

She took me in regardless of not feeling well that day and gave me her 100%, as well as her undivided attention. The hair treatment turned out amazing. JCPenny is known for their pricy services, however receiving great care and service makes it worth it! I would definitely recommend Carmenia as a chemical hair treatment specialist. She uses high quality products and equipment, which, trust me, are hard to find; gives you recommendations on treatment options depending on your hair type and desirable outcome, and she is not pushy towards convincing clients to buy extra products. She took me in regardless of not feeling well that day and gave me her 100%, as well as her undivided attention. The hair treatment turned out amazing. Critical: Professionalism, QualityThe Hair Stylist, Javonte, is extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate. How do you forget to book your appointments? Incompetence? This happened to me twice! The first time he still did my hair because he was not busy. However, the 2nd time he didn’t even attempt to accommodate me although I made the appointment over 2 weeks in advance and it was his error. Please keep in mind, I just taken my sew-in out. The Hair Stylist, Javonte, is extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate. How do you forget to book your appointments? Incompetence? This happened to me twice!
