This salon WAS very good. Flexible apt times, many stylists who were wonderful, clean & functional salon. After COVID you cannot reach anyone at the salon. I’ve left numerous message and no one calls you back. We all have been hit hard with COVID, but at least return a call. I’ve been a customer for 5 yrs, are you there??!?!

Booked 1pm appt on line when i arrived a few minutes before 1pm i was told appt was at 130pm after wsiting a half hour another customer was taken in by my booked stylist so at 130pm it would still be some time before i would be seen. I had to leave because i had somewhere to go. Not very concerned to say the least.
