Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went in to get my hair done.The reviews all said Tina was great so I went in for my hair. I wanted a salt and pepper style hair and she said she was able to do it for me. Long story short, she damaged my hair so bad I had to get a short haircut. She kept reassuring me that she knew how to do it but she clearly had no idea what she was doing. I’m not sure why she would say she could do something when she obviously couldn’t. I went back a second time and she rushed me out. I spoke to the manager as well, and she was also very rude. I wanted my money back as I spent so much money on my hair and the only thing I got out of it was damaged hair. The manager told me to take my money and get out. That is no way to speak to a customer who’s hair was ruined by her hairstylist. She also didn’t even give me a good amount of money, less than half of what I paid for. They are so unprofessional here and only care about money. I want to talk to the manager again but if she is going to be disrespectful, I don’t know how to have a peaceful conversation with her. I’m so disappointed in how they treat their customers. I’m paying YOU to do a service and if you can’t do it, be upfront at the beginning. So unprofessional and disgusting. I went in to get my hair done.The reviews all said Tina was great so I went in for my hair. I wanted a salt and pepper style hair and she said she was able to do it for me.
