Amazing people…. I had to find a new hair salon that was open on the weekends to cope with my work schedule and Shaila was the one who did my hair and she did an amazing job she did it exactly how I wanted my hair to be I will definitely come back here and get my hair done in years to come

I booked an appointment around what they had available and used a personal day just to miss my appointment because they didn’t explain how to get to the salon while the actual Jcpenny is closed as it says on Google it’s closed until 12pm so why schedule me at 10:30am. I tried calling and no answer. I then receive a call 20 mins after my appointment and the lady explained how to get in but where was that courtesy before hand? I didn’t even get a phone call or a no show email or nothing. I waited weeks for this appointment and I refuse to rebook. I should of got the explanation I should had got when I booked the first time as I’m new here to Minot and not everyone knows to come in through the side door. Not to mention they even called to confirm my appointment the day before and could’ve mentioned to me where to come in front while Jc Penney is actually closed. I couldn’t even get a simple haircut even when I was suppose to be booked for two hours down. Just ridiculous.

If I would’ve known what a horror show my hair was goi g to be I never would’ve stepped foot in this salon. It’s so bad I’m having to wear a wig and they’re too busy to help correct this. On top of that they said I got their best colorist. I’d hate to see their worst. My hair is gray/brown/blue. What a nightmare.

Don’t know how their actual services are, we had an appointment and ended up waiting over 30 mins with walk-ins being taken care of first. I might have normally waited, but I have heath issues and it was super hot in there and people with BO were in the waiting room and I was getting sicker by the minute. Either way, all that after originally not being able to find my appointment when we got to the salon, and being our girls day we did not stay.

My mum and I got our hair cut today at the salon. The person who cut my mum’s hair did not wash it and did not give her what she asked for. Her hair is chopped all different lengths and the lady even cut the back of my mum’s neck. Not impressed she paid 27$ plus tipped and didn’t even get what should have been done with the 27$ deal which is hair wash and good service

10/19/19 – If I could give zero stars I would! Horrible! The right side of my hair is at least two inches longer than the left side! The girl with the last name Llewellyn completely butchered my hair!
