I was told by a Customer that they don’t answer their phone. Seh said their license expired at the end of August 2021. Their Salon Manager’s license expired in 2020. According to the MN Board of Cosmetology license lookup, that is what happened. The Customer was right.

Critical: QualityI made an appointment 1 week in advance for the earliest availability. I showed up on time ready to go. One of the hair stylist observed my hair and told me that they do not have the time today to fulfill my request. I think it should be required to know and get an understanding of the customers request before scheduling. I was disappointed as I was from out of town. They said they would have been able to start the process but wouldn’t be able to finish due to timing. I made an appointment 1 week in advance for the earliest availability. I showed up on time ready to go. One of the hair stylist observed my hair and told me that they do not have the time today to fulfill my request.
