I just had the worst $30 haircut of my life. I really wanted to tell the stylist, please find a different profession as I can tell you hate cutting hair, though I didn’t out of respect. Katie and Sean are amazing!! Got my hair done by Sean and get compliments all the time! I was horrible at explaining what I wanted and he was STILL able to give me exactly what I wanted! Got my lashes done by Katie and I AM IN LOVE!! My lashes look amazing, she made sure I was comfortable and kept me informed about what she was doing the whole time. I will definitely be back to get my lashes filled and my hair done by them. The whole staff is friendly and knowledgeable, 10/10 will be back again.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueHad went in to get an inverted bob. I even showed several pictures of what I wanted. She proceeded to cut my hair and I had felt a little uncomfortable because she kept going from side to side every couple seconds. She had said she was done and gave me the mirror to look at my hair. It looked ok in the front and then in the back I had chunks of hair hanging in spots that were supposed to have no hair. She fixed the few spots and she brushed my hair out and then showed me again and everything looked fine. ( I should have moved my hair around) I paid for my cut which was close to $60 which included her tip. Once I got home and was showing off my new haircut everyone was horrified. My friends couldn’t believe what she did to my hair. I couldn’t see what they were talking about so they took pictures and it was horrible. I had pieces of hair longer in some spots and I had a huge spot that was open which I think that’s where the incline was supposed to be in my hair. I started crying because not only did I spend so much on this cut but also to get it fixed it was going to be way shorter than I wanted. The next day I called to speak with the manager and they said she was on maternity leave and that I can speak to somebody else. So I spoke with a lady and explained what happened and she said she was going to make me an appointment with a lady that first cut my hair. I begged her not to schedule me with her. She said she would have to talk to the store manager and would get back to me the next day. I never received that phone call. I called back 2 days later and still they said I had to see the same woman who cut my hair that messed it up. I said I wanted a refund then they told me they would have to talk to the manager again and call me back. I never received a phone call back. In the meantime I needed to go somewhere to get my hair fixed. I called another salon and when I went in she couldn’t believe what that stylist had done to my hair. She said it was 2 in longer on one side then the other. She said this was the worst inverted bob she had ever seen. She felt so bad for me. Thank God this woman knew what she was doing because she fixed my hair beautifully. I paid the woman $60 for this haircut. So all in all I spent $120 for a haircut. JCPenney’s I would never recommend them to anybody! Not only did they mess up my hair but refuse should give me a refund or even to havea somebody else work on my hair. They were going to put me with the same lady that messed up my hair before. So I gave them one star and that’s only because of the shampoo and conditioner I bought that I love very much. I came in yesterday for a new look my hair was very long and I wanted a short look, the hair dresser was very friendly and I asked if she could give me what I wanted simply because I have mixed hair and not everyone knows how to do that. I had a picture and showed her exactly how I wanted it .. it didnt come out anything close to that and now my hair is ruined because she didnt shave the back how it was supposed to be and once its gone it’s gone it’s not smooth its blotchy and honestly looks like I did it myself. Just very unsatisfied and now I have to walk around like this until my hair grows back…
