Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueMy appointment was at 3:30, when I first got there, the stylist was already angry, not sure why. She asked me what I wanted. My hair reached down past the middle of my back. I asked for layers, two inches off length. I also wanted all my hair dyed one color, black. But she said, ” I have to clock out at 5:30 I don’t have time for that.” I told her that’s what I asked for when I called to book my appointment and when I confirmed with them the day before. She told me to get up and go with someone else because she didn’t have time for that. I’m not sure why, but I told her to just cut it then. I should’ve just left. She took about 6 inches off and the layers are uneven. On my right side, my shortest layer falls right above my ear. On the left side, my shortest layer falls on my shoulder. She just butchered my hair. I didn’t think this kind of mistake was possible. And the fact that the woman responsible is considered a “master” stylist is even more insulting. This is my first and last time coming here. And I paid over $50 for it. She’s lucky I was under a lot of stress that day or it would’ve ended differently. I can’t even put my hair in a ponytail bc it looks choppy and uneven. My appointment was at 3:30, when I first got there, the stylist was already angry, not sure why. She asked me what I wanted. My hair reached down past the middle of my back. I asked for layers, two inches off length. I also wanted all my hair dyed one color, black.
