I had a wonderful experience getting my first balayage from Lupe! I felt nervous coming in because I had never had my hair professionally colored or highlighted before, but that went away after a couple minutes with my stylist. Lupe answered all of my questions kindly, gave me great style recommendations, and explained everything she was doing along the way. She was very patient working with my thick hair and I couldn’t be happier with the result! It was so easy to talk to her and she listened to all my little requests to create the look I wanted. I was even able to get a free glossing with the deal that was going on. I love my hair, and would definitely suggest this salon. Also, if you are thinking about trying a new hairstyle, I encourage you to do it!

This is the ONLY place that I’ll get my hair done. Karla is patient, listens to what you want, knowledgeable about the services/products, and so sweet. The whole staff here are very open and friendly. It took a lot of patience and skill to go from deep purple to the golden and fuchsia color, but I love it!

So grateful! Amina is wonderful! Professional; yet personable and gives thorough hair consultation from all the hair dos and donts! Tell her all your hair sins and she will help you figure out what is right for you! She gives realistic, honest consultations and advice; keeping hair healthiest for you throughout coloring, cuts etc! She did a great job on my bayalage. I had Virgin black-brown hair and was super nervous but excited and feeling wild. She did a great job with the bayalage! I came in the next week to have it toned down, complimentary of her since I mistakenly went too light. I can’t forget to mention the sweet layered hair cut and blow out she gave me! Super fabulous and I had a great relaxing time being pampered. JCPenny’s got a keeper! They are lucky to have her on their team! Debbie at the front of house was also fantastic. Can’t say much for several of their stylists. But if you are lucky to end up with Serena Chaves you will not be disappointed she’s been doing my hair for years and have been more then pleased with my hair every time. She listens and is extremely personable. Great with color.

My sister in law and I went there as a walk-in, we had been to another place where they basically treated us like they didn’t want our business so we didn’t have very high hopes. Boy were we wrong! We were helped IMMEDIATELY, my sister in law got a deep conditioning treatment and a haircut and I got an eyebrow wax. Not only was the girl professional, she was incredibly friendly, funny, and did an AMAZING job on my sister in laws hair and my eyebrows. She is now officially my new eyebrow girl (my one no longer does eyebrows, and my back up eyebrow girls business closed without warning so I was kinda screwed) and those are hard to come by Especially when you’re very particular about your eyebrows. I cannot at this remember her name but as soon as I get my eyebrows done again I will post her name. I will for sure be recommending her and the salon to anyone that listens!

Worst perm I have had in 20 years the stylist only had 2 years of experience including school my whole neck line got burnt from the chemicals. Ever hear of changing towel and the smocks when using chemicals and the customer is telling you that she is itching and is havin a burning sensation.
