My 4 year old wanted to cry after Lo cut his hair. We asked for a fade with longer hair on the top. The front of his hair was down to his eyebrows so I asked for an inch to be taken off but she took off more than an inch. There was plenty of hair to work with but instead she used buzzers all over his head and buzzed it all off. It was left too short and choppy with ear wings and a mini tail on the back near his neck. I asked for her to fix it twice and she finally said yes the second time but these pictures are after she fixed it so his hair was left just as bad. I should also mention he sat very still but she used the excuse that he can’t move. She came off as being lazy or did not want to be at work that day to cut hair. She didn’t even try. When I called the manger she let me bring my son back in one more time, free of charge, to get it fixed the correct way with a new stylist. It looks better now and I know hair grows back but my son loves twirling his hair at night to fall asleep. Disappointed I paid $20 for one kids haircut!!

Rhys was so friendly and helped me book an appointment with ease. I thoroughly enjoyed the conversation we had over the telephone, as I was having a hard time booking online. What a light! I hope you give Rhys a raise. She deserves it! Will definitely be returning. If I could give her 10 stars I would. Haircut

This is my go to salon for kids’ cuts. They have extended hours and are open 7 days a week. My kids always look great afterwards and the stylists work well with them!

I had decided to have a drastic change and a friend referred me to Anne Drake. I was not disappointed. She did an amazing job with the color and the cut. Staff at the counter greeted me with a smile and were courteous. Very impressed!

Critical: Quality, ValueLO used thinning shears rather than scissors. She is very sweet but didn’t follow what I asked for. I said no spiking on hair. And it is soo short and then long hairs sticking out among the buzzed areas. I was scalped. Not worth $25.00. I showed 2 pictures of what it should look like. I wish right now I had a wig.

It was wet when I left so I couldn’t really see it until it was dry, but one side was at least an inch longer. I had to go elsewhere and get it fixed. The next hairstylist just shook her head. I wish that I would not have tipped the one at Penney’s. Haircut

This is hands down my favorite salon, not for just myself but my son. My now almost 3 year old son got his first haircut here by Rachel and absolutely adores her. I got my hair highlighted there last winter by Meghan (sorry if I spelled it wrong) and she was very informative and educated as to what she was doing and taught me a few things as well.

Honestly, I was there with my best friend, and the stylist did not listen to her at all. The stylist proceeded to cut my friend’s hair into a terrible cut, and styled it even worse. She looked like a french pageboy, in my opinion. The stylist offered her opinion, and tried phrases to get my friend back in the future whilst making us both uncomfortable. Another person who worked at the salon was waxing his face near us, which is unprofessional on the highest degree. A terrible experience, and I wouldn’t ever go again, even with a different stylist.

Where to even begin.. I have had nothing but awful experiences with hair salons (frying my hair, butchered cuts, colors just being completely wrong) but the salon inside JCPenney’s was seriously incredible. I had a nice stylist named Anne and my hair feels perfect! I’m soo happy!
