Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityAgnes is my go to for waxing, haircuts, coloring, and trimming now. During an eyebrow waxing, she convinced me to try a balayage, which is a style I have been talked out of by hairstylists numerous times. To have a hairstylist encourage me to get it, I finally took the opportunity. I was very hesitant to do any type of hair coloring, but when I saw one of her clients leave with beautiful highlights, I took her up on her encouragement. I trust her opinion and guidance as she has talked me out of a potential bad hair cut. I was hesitant to go for any form of red, but she convinced me to do a red brown balayage. I love it and have received many compliments on how flattering the color is. I needed a haircut due to the last hair dye that fried my hair and I told her I trust her to choose a hair style as long as I can pull into a ponytail. She did not disappoint. I give Agnes a 5 star for her skill, humor, honesty, and friendliness.For the salon itself, the front line customer service needs to be refined as it does not feel welcoming when you first walk in (even before the pandemic). I have experienced and witnessed when a customer walks in, the customer is usually the first one to initiate a greeting and the response to the customer is often not returned with a welcoming smile or tone.Agnes’ genuine, cheerful attitude and honesty will keep me coming back. Agnes is my go to for waxing, haircuts, coloring, and trimming now. During an eyebrow waxing, she convinced me to try a balayage, which is a style I have been talked out of by hairstylists numerous times. To have a hairstylist encourage me to get it, I finally took the opportunity. First time going to this salon and I have the best service ever! Jacky was my stylist and let me tell you she made sure to know what I wanted and gave me suggestions on what would look good. She took her time and was an awesome person to talk to. She even stayed after hours to make sure I was satisfied with my hair and color. Will definitely be coming back !

Critical: Quality, ValueThe stylist damaged my hair! Attempted to fix it which took four hours. Left with orange hair that was dry from all the extra processing. They provided me with a refund, but I had to go to go elsewhere to fix it. Nice staff and there are a few talented stylists, but my past few experiences have been a nightmare. Will never return.
