I was a little put off for my first time experience there. I was early and had to stand there by myself for almost 15 minutes. With covid I get no chairs but maybe a receptionist or my stylist should be earlier then me. She walked in 2 minutes before my service. My service over all was good. She did a beautiful job on my color and cut. Only other thing I didn’t care for is the extra charges. She should have asked or better communication with me on how they charge here. Extra $40 charges I wasn’t aware of or how they did things.when I booked I said no to a conditioning treatment but was charged for a toner and a bonding teatment which is basically a conditioning treatment. So in the future if I ever go back I’d like to have her be more up front.

Critical: ProfessionalismWhen you call to make an appointment you get an answering machine.How can your call be important to them if they don’t answer the phone or call you back. When I did get to talk to a person she she was polite. Two days later I got an email that said my appointment was canceled which I didn’t do. I went in person and talked to someone and they said it was canceled because the girl didn’t do updos I asked for it to be styled I was charged for an updo.I am not sure how they are till in business.
