Had an haircut appointment, was on time, and waited for 30 minutes past my appointment time. The stylist never came to tell me she was running late or a give an apology. I will never go back. Disappointed by the lack of customer service. What a waste of time.

I am not happy! Went there thinking I’d get a quality haircut… didn’t! Told the lady to just cut my sides, told her not to cut my bangs she did anyways. My bangs are all messed up and uneven. My sides still have long hair mixed in. Never going there again! They lost my service.
