I love going here, Carrey was a life saver, she changed my dull color to such a pretty color, and I love it! She is definitely amazing at doing color, she never let me down, and gave me exactly what I explained to her! Not to mention she’s very friendly, courteous, and has good conversation. Carrie and her other stylist did an amazing job on my hair! I had a few things that needed to be done and they took care of it. Both of the ladies were super nice and talked to me the whole time. They gave me exactly what I wanted and listened to what I had to say. Great experience & will be back for highlights!! Haircut

I booked an appointment a week in advance. I was going to come in and get my hair cut and colored for a job a started the next day. They called me an hour before my appointment was supposed to start to tell me that they couldn’t get me in because the had over booked the stylist. When I asked if there was any time that day that they could get me in and told them what I wanted done, the girl on the phone told me that it was a long process (I am well aware, that’s why I booked it for my day off) and that if I wanted that I would have to reschedule for a later date.

The last two times I’ve visited this salon for color I’ve not left with the look I asked for. Both times I brought in pictures to show the look I wanted to achieve. I should have first asked how many years the stylists had under their belt because after I was in the chair and they’d started I found out they’d been out of school for less than a year. I gave it a shot, twice, and both times I disliked my hair. I recommend asking for a stylist that has more experience or going elsewhere.

Stopped in to see about getting waxed while I was shopping at Northpark. Autumn was available, friendly and did an excellent job! I look great. She really knows how to shape eyebrows perfectly! Price was very reasonable too. I’ll be back.
