Critical: Professionalism, QualityHad an appointment with Desirae for the first time. Showed her 4 pictures, explained in detail what I wanted. Not only did she not listen but butchered my hair to the point where I thought I was going to either cry or lose my S**t. Had an appointment with Desirae for the first time. Showed her 4 pictures, explained in detail what I wanted. Not only did she not listen but butchered my hair to the point where I thought I was going to either cry or lose my S**t. He was not greeted in a kind manner and told that he had to have an appointment for a haircut. She then asked for his last name and when he gave his name she said “oh that’s a weird last name.” My recommendations are maybe don’t have a walk-in’s welcome sign if you don’t allow walk-ins and you probably shouldn’t’ be calling someone’s last name weird even if you’re “joking.”Husband walked in for a haircut.
