Went in for eyebrow and lip waxing, got part way home and was looking in the rear view mirror, the natural light shows everything. There was a lot of sticky wax stuff and a lot of hair that was simply missed. Also the lady doing the waxing dropped wax on my sling ( had surgery and in a sling, can’t pluck it myself) she wiped it but it didn’t come off, by the time I got home my hair was stuck in it too I called and explained that I was almost home and would not come back so the manager could take a look. She said sorry, can’t help you without looking at it.

Shaelyn Bunner is possibly the absolute best stylist I have EVER had. She’s so attentive, creative, and friendly it’s like getting your hair done by your friend! I have very thick and hard to manage hair and every time I leave her chair, my hair is gorgeous, soft, and easy to manage. She listens to exactly what you want and delivers the best results and she is a goddess with color. I cannot say enough good things about her and the entire salon staff.

Went in for an angled bob and left with a bowl cut. Paid extra for a master stylist to avoid such an issue. Very disappointed. My 6 year old asked me what happened to my hair when I got home. Normally, I would talk to the company before posting negative reviews, but I made it clear that I didn’t like my hair. When asked how I liked it, I said I look like Ronald McDonald. They replied that it looks cute/good. Ugh.

My daughter had layers put in here and I was not impressed at ALL. nit whshe asked for AND they didn’t bother to even blow dry or style her hair before they pushed her out, so she could actually SEE if it turned out well

Pretty cool. Every time I’ve gone there it’s gone great. Only issue I’ve ever had is when my mother got her hair dyed and they got some on the edges of her forehead, like all along it. This weekend i’ll be getting my hair cut into a bob so we’ll see.
