Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI called Ulta to set an appointment to get my eyebrows waxed, after a rather rude conversation with them, I called the JC Penny Salon. The customer service was phenomenal from the initial phone call to the end of my appointment. I was lucky to get Brandy on the phone & asked if I could make an appointment for Thursday, this was on Tuesday of the same week. She said they were pretty full, but that there was a 3pm appointment she could offer me. Unfortunately, I had to decline, thanking her, I told her that is when I needed to pick up my daughter from school. She then said “you know what? Come in at 11:30 & I will come in a half hour earlier & do them for you!” What a difference from the previous call I had with Ulta just minutes before this! I was so thankful!Fast forward to my appointment today…wonderful experience with Brandy! She worked wonders on my brows, taking her time & really making sure they were perfectly even & that I was happy with them! Best Brow experience I’ve ever had! Friendly, professional & caring about what I wanted. Will definitely be booking with her again. I called Ulta to set an appointment to get my eyebrows waxed, after a rather rude conversation with them, I called the JC Penny Salon. The customer service was phenomenal from the initial phone call to the end of my appointment. I was lucky to get Brandy on the phone & asked if I could make an appointment for Thursday, this was on Tuesday of the same week. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityAmazing everyone there is very sweet and kind some not as talkative as others but i guess that’s just preference I personally like to talk but I get my hair done by Korina and not only is she sweet and very kind but has all my trust with my hair. It’s very hard for me to be over the top satisfied with my hair and she achieved that the first time I went there, she understands exactly what I want and does it to my expectation even better, I highly recommend her!!!! Amazing everyone there is very sweet and kind some not as talkative as others but i guess that’s just preference I personally like to talk but I get my hair done by Korina and not only is she sweet and very kind but has all my trust with my hair. It’s very hard for me to be over the top satisfied with my hair and she achieved that the first time I went there, she understands exactly what I want and does it to my expectation even better, I highly recommend her!!!! Probably my best hair cut to date!! I also work at the store and would highly recommend this wonderful salon!! The staff is amazing!!
