Staff was nice I went there for a blow dry and curl. My hairdresser was double booked. Completely understandable, it happens. She didn’t tell me until she was blow drying my hair which she hadn’t even finished/done properly. She did the other girl first which from the looks of it would probably have taken an hour, she told me to wait and when she was done she would finish my hair. I was on a tight schedule and my hair takes about an hour and a half due to its thickness. I ended up just canceling my appointment and leaving.

Went to the salon and was serviced by Kayla. I got a wash, detangle and blow dry and it was one the best I have received. I have 4c hair and usually my hair doesn’t get straight after a blow dry… BUT KAYLA!!! Kayla got it STRAIGHT!! With NO heat damage! Will be be returning!

I will NEVER use or recommend this salon. They up-charge for every single thing and provide less than quality style. Hair turned out horrible and over priced higher than quality salons in the area. Almost $200 for a Bob with cut and color that I’m not happy with. Ridiculous!!

Amy Jo spent a good amount of time with me discussing color correction options. She did a great job styling my hair after correcting my botched highlights.
