Positive: Professionalism, QualityI just had a multi dimensional color/hi-light, trim and olaplex treatment done today by Regina. She was super sweet, talkative, kind and did an absolutely amazing job on my hair. She finished the style off with old Hollywood fashioned waves and I couldn’t be happier. I just had a multi dimensional color/hi-light, trim and olaplex treatment done today by Regina. She was super sweet, talkative, kind and did an absolutely amazing job on my hair. She finished the style off with old Hollywood fashioned waves and I couldn’t be happier. Courtney(salon manager) is awesome also!! Definitely book Regina…you won’t be disappointed!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI feel like my toddler cut my hair, it’s horrible. I came in with long hair and was aiming for a reverse stack bob. They stylist was in such a rush to go home, it took her all but 15 minutes. I was extremely uncomfortable the whole time and she started cleaning up before I even looked at my hair. I feel like my toddler cut my hair, it’s horrible. I came in with long hair and was aiming for a reverse stack bob. They stylist was in such a rush to go home, it took her all but 15 minutes. I was extremely uncomfortable the whole time and she started cleaning up before I even looked at my hair. I’m not incredibly picky, I know it’s just hair and it will grow back, but this is the worst haircut I have ever gotten.

Critical: ProfessionalismOur visit was not even worth a 1 star. We called JCPENNEY salon for my daughter to get her whole head/hair platinum blonde, her senior pictures were in one week and she was was getting her hair done for the pics – they even told us that it would take about 3 hours to do. We didn’t mind because she really wanted it done. We got to the salon, the lady at the desk confirmed what we were scheduled there and reminded us that it would take about 3 hours. The lady, I believe her name was KIM/Kimberly, took her back and didn’t even know what she was there for, and when she found out, she said that she couldn’t do it. When we explained all of it to the front desk, Kim told us that with all the customers, they probably couldn’t hear us on the phone when we made the appointment. It seems that if there was a lot of people there, you would pay extra attention to the person on the phone to make sure you got it right…I am very unhappy with the salon inside JCPenney’s. We used to get our hair done there, but I will not go back there anymore. Very unprofessional – and Kim was very rude to us. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend them at all to anyone unless you just want a plain haircut, at least not with KIM.Our visit was not even worth a 1 star. Our visit was not even worth a 1 star. We called JCPENNEY salon for my daughter to get her whole head/hair platinum blonde, her senior pictures were in one week and she was was getting her hair done for the pics – they even told us that it would take about 3 hours to do.
