Critical: ProfessionalismStaff are very insensitive and not special needs friendly. My 8 year old son received a haircut from Jackie. She told him he was acting like a 4 year old and that when her daughter was two, her daughter did better than him, and he’s 8. She would ask him questions and when he responded “I don’t know” she said “well do you know anything?” Then he expressed that he needed to itch and her response was “oh that sucks”. My son has special needs. When I explained his special needs she relied “oh I was just messing around”. This is his life, not a joke. Staff are very insensitive and not special needs friendly. My 8 year old son received a haircut from Jackie. She told him he was acting like a 4 year old and that when her daughter was two, her daughter did better than him, and he’s 8. She would ask him questions and when he responded “I don’t know” she said “well do you know anything?” Then he expressed that he needed to itch and her response was “oh that sucks”. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI made an appt online with SG for balayage with haircut. I got there and SG said she doesn’t know how to do balayage and no one in the salon knows how to do it. First strike. But whatever, I needed a haircut anyway so I asked her to cut my hair. So she did. 40 dollars later (w/ tip) she was done. She didn’t even blow-dry my hair. Second strike. Went home after shopping, dried it myself, brushed and noticed several strands were longer than others. Third strike. Not going back here. I made an appt online with SG for balayage with haircut. I got there and SG said she doesn’t know how to do balayage and no one in the salon knows how to do it. First strike. But whatever, I needed a haircut anyway so I asked her to cut my hair. So she did. 40 dollars later (w/ tip) she was done. She didn’t even blow-dry my hair. Second strike.
