I thought I would stop in this “professional” salon to get my eyebrows cleaned up, afterall I was already at the store picking up other items and this would save me an extra stop. Although the stylist was nice and she had good conversation, she should have been more focused on cleaning my brows correctly. This was one of my most expensive at $12 and the WORST. One of my eyebrows now has a big bald spot in the front area and the sad part is the stylist tried to convince me that my eyebrow was already “so thin” in that spot. Ummmm….NO MA’AM! I saw that extra hair on the wax strip and she did too. Needless to say, next time I will be making that extra stop somewhere else.

My son was getting his senior portraits at the studio next to the salon. His hair was messed up on the way in, and I ran into the salon looking to buy hairspray. They took him to a chair and fixed his hair without charging us anything! I was so impressed by this. Amazing employees, friendly and very helpful. Next time we need a salon appointment, we will be calling JCP. Thank you again, ladies, for saving the day!

I called the salon to get my sons haircut before school they told me they dont close till 6. We arrive at 5:30 there is 2 people one cutting hair the lady tells me they are no loner accepting people that she dont know how long its going to take to do the persons hair and only one stylist is working after they told me to come up here. They cant do a 5 minute haircut on a kid. Real unprofessional. That is not how you handle business.

I have been here many times and this past time was the worst experience I have ever had. I went for a walk-in eyebrow and I left looking worse than when I walked in. The stylist took a cotton ball and dragged it against my eyebrows without any lotion so my skin was burning after. I left looking like I was scalped. Definitely not going back!
