Critical: Professionalism, QualityIf I could leave 0 stars I would. Jessica took 5 hours just to dye my hair blonde and it was $150. And I only tipped her because when she took my picture she curled my hair and took a picture of the back of my hair with my head cropped out the picture. When it is straight the roots look terrible.
