I would never recommend this salon. The stylist never showed up to cut my hair after I confirmed my appointment twice. Once I checked in 10 minutes before my appointment I waited 1 hour and 10 minutes to be completely ignored by every stylist in the salon. I left without receiving service. Terribly disappointed! Haircut

She didn’t take much hair off the top but gave me a strange layered shelf cut – my hair actually “poufs” up in the back and is difficult for me to style. She didn’t take much hair off the top but gave me a strange layered shelf cut – my hair actually “poufs” up in the back and is difficult for me to style. My haircut turned out perfect! Although my boyfriend was somewhat disappointed by his hair cut and hopes to get a touch up. I think it looks okay, but make sure to fully list and comferm what kind of haircut your looking for. Check voice-mails because adjustments may have to be made after booking appointment.

Critical: ProfessionalismI’ve tried to walk in but it was late which I understand I then tried to walk in early during the day and was told they were booked, I then scheduled an appointment online and someone called me to confirm my appointment she asked what I wanted done and I explained that I just needed my hair washed, conditioned, cut and styled she asked styled how and I told her just with a straightener then she asked what texture hair I have and I told her I was black so she told me she couldn’t book my appointment because there was no one there that could do that texture hair I told her my hair was relaxed she said it didn’t matter I hung up. My wife made an appointment today (8-31-19) for 10:00. The appointment was under my daughter’s name and telephone number, but she was told there was no appointment listed. The woman insulted my wife by suggesting she called the wrong store. She was told to have a seat and they would get to her a soon as possible. Three people came in after my wife and were all tended to first. My wife, tired of sitting, stood up and was beginning to become visibly upset. The original woman then had the audacity to tell my wife that the stylist who was scheduled to cut her hair didn’t show up for work. (She couldn’t convey this beforehand?) She said the best she could do is get her in at 11:30. She offered no apology whatsoever.

Went in for a haircut, specifically layers and bangs. I ended up with a shelf layer and my bangs were not cut to the style I wanted even after showing a picture. I had long chunks of hair still left as part of the bang. I think it’s funny they charge $32 for a haircut WITHOUT a blow-dry unless you pay an extra $10. I didn’t realized how messed up my hair was until I blew dried it at home. The length of my hair was cut shorter than asked and my bangs went way past my eyes when I asked for them to be eyebrow level, but “they’ll shrink once dried.” Barely. Long story short, I had to pay even more money to get my hair redone somewhere else. Awful service, awful management lady with a no good attitude and obviously does not care about her customer service. Will never recommend, will never go back for a haircut a 5 year old could have done better.

Bad choice! They are totally UNPROFESSIONAL.Today I took my 2 daughters for a hair cut at JCPenney at the University Park Mall. They had a hair cut but THEY DIDN’T DRY my girls hair. I ask if they could dry it and they told me would have a extra charge. It was a ridiculous answer, but okay it is a winter time, I told the girl that I would pay. So she told me there was nobody available to do the job. Really??? I left the salon with my girls with wet hair. My 2 girls hair is very short and would take more then 5 minuets plus the place was almost empty. They just lost 3 customers.

Terrible service! my curls had fallen out from a previous blowout at a nice salon in the morning. All i asked was for some added loose curls. It took a total of 15 min since my hair was washed and done. They charged me $32!!! Said it was just going to be considered iron works which is listed as $15 on price menu. I was so angry and the women were so rude about it.
