Very satisfied. It was my 1st time to this salon apparently it’s under a different company but it’s inside of JC Penney, and you are still able to use your JC Penney card… which is nice! The girl that did my hair was only 21 years old and she did an amazing job. I was very impressed! I will definitely go back. I should also add I am very picky and I have dark hair and its long and curly. I have had problems in the past with other salons not doing what I asked them to do. I don’t complain, I just don’t go back. I will definitely go back to this salon!!!! ♀️

My daughter’s had appointments at 11am. I received a phone 10 minutes prior to our appointment saying my oldests appointment was double booked(not my problem) I told her I was in the parking lot and we weren’t canceling. She agreed to go ahead and do it. My youngest daughter got pulled back exactly at 11…..45 minutes later my oldest is still waiting for someone to come out for her. And when finally someone comes to get her (it’s not even the woman who told us she was doing her hair I watched her walk out after she was done with her client) she 20 questioned us about my daughters hair it’s simple she wanted a cut and partial highlight this lady acted like we were asking for too much. I won’t ever be back to this location!! I’ve never had issues with the fields ertel location. We got there at 11am and didn’t get done until well after 2pm.
