AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! I was there not too long ago and got my hair dyed and the stylist was in such a rush it did not turn out anything like i wanted and they didn’t ask how much i wanted cut off my hair before they started cutting it. The stylist also was also checking their phone every two seconds and one of their family members kept coming in and interrupting. Very unprofessional. I just was in today looking for some products and all the employees looked at me like i was stupid until Yvette came over to help me.

Absolutely awful. I have never had a worse experience at a salon, I went there just for a quick wash and trim and after many mistakes and trying times I was done almost two hours later. My end product was fine, but getting there was the worst. I left with a headache and frustration. Don’t waste your time or money.
