Made call to see for available haircut appointment for my daughter, was on hold nearly 10 minutes so I decided to stop in since we were driving by. Was told there were no available appointments due to only 2 people being able to service (there were 3 working and one being trained). This is 1.5 hours before the store closed and only one person in a chair. The manager noted that she was unable to provide service due to “needing to put signs out”. Very unprofessional and it is clear the client is not the first priority. Will not use this place of service and I would not recommend wasting your time.

Not a place to go for hair. I buy my shampoo and conditioner here but the girls from the salon are horrible and very unprofessional. When I called manager to complain she offered to fix a cut that was too short. He walked out of salon with clumps of hair all over him and that was the most expensive hair cut I ever paid for. Go to another place for hair cuts

I have called for the last 3 days to get an appointment…no one anwsers the phone. I called the store and first asked if you were still in business but second if they was something wrong with your phones. I left my phone number for.someone to contact me since I couldn’t get through….no call! if you wonder why it’s a ghost town in there…maybe this post will help 🙂
