Disgusted!!! If I could give a -100 or even a lower star than one I would. I am give many reviews both good and bad, but this one is the worst one yet! 1st off….- DON’T GO THERE!!! I am never a spazzo with my hair, it will grow back in time. Others on the other hand would FREAK! So that being said, I will repeat myself again and say DO NOT GO THERE!!! I went in for a simple cut and some low lights for a wedding event, thank goodness it wasn’t my own!!! What I got was horrendous. You can be your own judge. My bill was $188 AFTER a $46 off coupon for being a 1st and last time customer. I am a natural blond as shown in photo 1 all I wanted was a red/auburn low light streak. Instead I got a head of orange copper shown on picture 2.

I took my daughter there to have her eyebrows waxed. The young lady at the front desk wasn’t very friendly. When my daughter came out I looked at her eyebrows and they were not even. I mentioned it and the young lady who did them asked is someone else wanted to fix them. I asked her if she was the one who did them. She did not want to fix them. I am not going to argue with anyone. Will not be going back again. Worst customer service ever.
