The women were very kind and friendly. It took 3 hours to do my hair which I expected. However the color just isn’t how I thought it would be. I was trying to go from medium/light brown to blonde, they did foils with bleach but the parts they foiled don’t look much different from the original color for $100, I don’t like it. I tried to give it a week to see if it would look different or anything but it just looks like a had a little bit of sun to it.

I got my hair done today, when i got there i asked for balayage, so she took a piece of my hair in the back and tested it to see if it would be fine enough to bleach. She said it was, so we went through with it and I was so excited thinking that i would finally get the hair i wanted for over a year! She was very nice but after she washed out the bleach I noticed it was a very rough at the ends extremely hard to brush through as she blow dryed my hair she just kept tearing at it. My hair is extremely damaged from the bleach. After I left I checked my hair out and notice how spotted and patchy it was also it wasn’t Balayage at all! it was more like an ombre poorly done it just frustrates me because she’s told me she’s done it so many times. Im just disappointed. Now my hair is worse than before I spent 150 for nothing

Great and they have evening hours to for customers who work during the day. I returned a week after my hair cut because I was having trouble styling. She washed and did a blowout for FREE!

Rude! I just walked in to ask if they took walkins for a 10 minute eyebrow shaping, the lady ignored me standing there for a minute and finally asked if she could help me with something. I asked about the shaping and she says “yeah we close at 6 (mind you its 5:20) so yeah I don’t have anybody”. There is no reason to be so rude and unwelcoming, I will never return and will NOT reccomend this sorry excuse for a salon to anyone.
