My regular salon stylists had to cancel at the last minute. I called here and they were able to get me in an hour after they opened. Mindy was phenomenal! she took several of my ideas and created a beautiful multidimensional color, gave me a very trendy cut and the style was just an added bonus. Her ability to listen and create are a rare talent. I would definitely go back and request her again. Worth every penny!

Was disappointed my stylist told me she didn’t need to review pics again, she had it. I asked for a very choppy, edgy, layered cut with messy waves. I got a layered cut parted in the middle ( she didn’t ask) blowed dry and all curled under with a round brush. She was very nice, but not cut or styled like I requested and she said I had perfect hair for. Master stylists are $45 plus tip which I did give out of courtesy. I know I could’ve said something, but she said she had it, why did I have to be put in that position?

Went in for the 1st time tonight for a haircut with my Mother and Sister after hours of shopping during the holiday season. We were greeted kindly and professionally by Bailey! Both Bailey & Rachel at the Salon were AMAZING and made our experience WONDERFUL!!! They took the time to get me checked in, get my information and asked what kind of style I was looking for. Rachel took the time to listen and went above and beyond to make my visit great! Rachel did an AWESOME job and I LOVED the final look! They definitely were people friendly and definitely made our night turn out to be a fun one! They both were so cheerful and engaged in friendly conversation with us the whole time! Definitely WILL be going back for more services in the future! JCP Salon is worth it! People friendly, longer hours, walk ins available & Good quality!

Went in to give them a try since my stylist was full. I was not impressed by the haircut at all so I went in to get it fixed. They did salvage the haircut the best they could. But refused to refund my money after it was an inconvenience for me to have to go back in. I even tipped the second girl for her time and they still didn’t care to refund any of the original purchase price for the hair cut. So I ended up being out $30 instead of $25 for their mistake. Wouldn’t recommend them due to their inconsideratation of people’s time and business morals.

I am very busy throughout the week and Saturdays with work and child sports, and the salon says open on Sunday, however the past three sundays they have not had any stylist. Update your HOO if you are not going to have anyone available on sundays.

I will not be going back to this salon. A few months back I went in to get waxed. I got my lip, chin, and eyebrows waxed. When she was doing my lip and chin I noticed the wax was pretty hot. I told her and she turned the heat down a bit. Once I got home I didn’t have any scars or anything but when I went to go wash off my face I kept getting this burning sensation on my chin. The next day I started to get a dark red scab on my chin. I called and told her that I have a burn. She says I don’t know how that could have happen. She was sorry that that had happened to me and it must have been something I used once I left. She said maybe I had a reaction to the face soap i had used. I have been using this same face soap for years. I have also been waxed there before a few times and washed my face after and I never got those scars. She said she was going to write it down and “put it in my file” like I was at a doctors office or something. She never once really taken any responsibility for it. I didn’t go back after that. They are also over priced. I sent $35 For the wax

The cost of a simple haircut here is seriously overpriced, especially when the stylists do not do an adequate job. $38 really!? Even the “master” stylists do a lousy job at cutting hair. Don’t waste your time or money.
