i went there yesterday, asking only for a short bob with choppy layers and even showed the stylist a good picture of what i want. It feels like she talked more than she did her job. When i looked at it she gave me a 10 year old boys cut and she pretty much buzzed the back of my hair.

I wouldn’t recommend taking young children here. They say they work with kids but if your child doesn’t like haircuts and cries, go somewhere else. We took our son here and the lady was VERY nervous to cut his hair because he was scared and crying/moving around. She asked if we wanted to wait and come back and THATS how you know they don’t work with kids, or at least kids that don’t like haircuts. I would’ve rather her say she’s not comfortable and we wouldn’t have wasted her time or ours. They were very sweet and fit us in but I really would’ve rather them say no and we went somewhere else. Our sons hair wasn’t cut right at all and I know it’s hard with a crying kid but the fact that she wouldn’t even get close to him and was so scared to touch him is what got us.

I gave this salon a “3” because of two things: 1. The value of price to service. It’s slightly more than comparable shops in the area. And considerably more than the midrange shops. 2. There are two excellent stylists here. But the cost of their services is higher than the other stylists. The salon itself is neat & clean, but the personal appearance of several of the stylists reflects poorly on the whole salon.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityWas suppose to have an appointment for 12 at the salon in Ashland KY. Showed up right at 12 for my appointment and was informed the stylist had notified them at 10 till that she would not be there. They never tried to cancel any of the appointments and informed me there was nothing that could be done and that there was no way that I could be worked in today.
