Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI called 3 times and got no answer. I knew they was open it’s in the florence mall during business hours. After arriving to what seemed like a massage parlor with the way the waiting area is closed off and only big enough for 3 people max we waited a good 5 minutes not knowing if anyone knew we was there or not. Finally we was greeted by an employee with a mouth full of food that wasnt taught manners. Very snotily (if that’s a word) made it clear they had no appointments open for another 4 days but if I wanted to schedule for me and my son to get our haircut she could help us with that. ***TIME TO BOUNCE***we headed over toVIP SPECIALTY HAIRCUTS@FLORENCE MALL remind you first time I ever been there i was greated by the greatest barber/cosmetologist ever. Ms Trina she got us hooked right up. My son and I felt like a million bucks walking out. SHE GIVE ME THE BEST HAIRCUT IVE HAD AND I LET HER CUT MY BEARD WHICH NO ONE DOES BUT ME!!!! MS. I called 3 times and got no answer. I knew they was open it’s in the florence mall during business hours. After arriving to what seemed like a massage parlor with the way the waiting area is closed off and only big enough for 3 people max we waited a good 5 minutes not knowing if anyone knew we was there or not.
