I honestly wouldn’t even give this place a 1 star, it was the worse hair cut I’ve ever gotten in my life. Went in for a trim to get the split ends trimmed, I couldn’t even tell they had cut my hair until I went another salon to get my split ends trimmed and the stylist turned the chair around and gave me a mirror so I could see how terrible the back of my hair looked. It was choppy and uneven I cried. I have very long hair and I had to lose 3 additional inches of hair due to jcp salon in Mount Sterling. I work very hard to keep my hair pretty and healthy. I went in there and spent $30 on a hair cut and had to spend an additional $40 at another salon to fix the mistake jcp salon made. I will never go there again.

Terrible. Asked for “barely a trim” for my sweet 16. Cut an entire 3 inches off of my hair leaving it now *very* short and unattractive. Now I have to suffer months with my new atrocious hair style to get it back to its initial length. I’m never coming back.
