I tried to book online and the app didn’t work for the Oak Ridge Salon. Then I tried to call and the phone rang and rang about 10 times then went to voicemail with a message that said the voicemail is full. How does someone even get an appointment? The online appos work for the Turkey Creek salon but not for Oak Ridge. It’s like this entire city has been blocked from the 21st century. Moving here from Atlanta has been like stepping back in time to my childhood, but not in a good way

The receptionist was really rude to me. I had a great attitude when I came in but then she told me that I couldn’t get what I wanted. I understand that… she was trying to help but there’s a difference in trying to help and just bragging about what you have and I don’t. I wanted to feel prettier when I came out of that salon but shade feel humiliated and worthless. I tried calling her supervisor but no answer… guess I just have to let it go but they don’t have my service from now on.
