Critical: ProfessionalismWhen they first opened I had gone for 3 or 4 years with no complaints but ever since then everytime I call they can’t locate me by name or phone number for several minutes, I show up for my appointment and it’s under wrong names and there is confusion everytime who is suppose to cut my hair. When they first opened I had gone for 3 or 4 years with no complaints but ever since then everytime I call they can’t locate me by name or phone number for several minutes, I show up for my appointment and it’s under wrong names and there is confusion everytime who is suppose to cut my hair. I went in yesterday because I had been coloring my hair with boxed color for years and wanted to change the color back to my original hair color and cut it after growing it super long. The lady that I saw I believe her name was Brandi? She was great and did her best to get the boxed color out of my hair and give me the look that I wanted. I love my new cut and color and would definitely recommend going to see her at this location…

If there was a 0 star option i would have chosen it. Keep in mind there was absolutely no one in the salon. I came in for a simple haircut and the rude young lady with the rainbow colored hair basically didn’t want to service me by saying it would have to be about 5. At the time it was 2:30! It was absolutely ridiculous and i used to recommend this salon to everyone but i guess all the kind, genuine workers moved on and the poor salon was left with these so called “stylist”. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy!

Not very happy with the way my daughter was treated today. She always wanted to go to JCP Salon to get her hair done but it was such a drive for us she hadn’t been in a while. We went today and no other customers were there not even in the chairs and we were told we would have to wait nearly 3 hours for her to get a haircut. We could here the workers in the back talking but not working. Needless to say we will never be back.

The slowest service in history. Receptionist double books. Stylist take their gradual time adding additional services without your consent and no regards for your time. Worst expereince. Never coming back again!!! Save your money people.
